What does a Pollux bracelet include?

Each bracelet consists of a rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver link with a hallmark and a durable, recycled braided cord. The entire set is designed for everyday wear.

What size is a bracelet?

Our bracelets are one size fits all and easily adjust to your wrist thanks to their sliding knot system. If your bracelet doesn't fit, contact us via the contact form, and we'll exchange it as soon as possible.

Where are Pollux bracelets manufactured?

The links and cords are manufactured in workshops in France, near the Swiss border. The design, assembly, and final inspection are carried out in Switzerland.

How do I adjust my bracelet?

The bracelets have sliding knots that allow you to adjust the size to your wrist. Initially, we recommend having someone help you tighten the bracelet.

Are your bracelets hypoallergenic?

Our bracelets do not contain nickel and are made of solid silver, so there is no possibility of allergies.

Are the bracelets water-resistant?

Our bracelets are water-resistant. However, we still recommend drying your bracelet with a clean towel if it gets wet.

Order and payment

I would like to modify/cancel my order, how do I do that?

To quickly cancel your order, we advise you to write to us by clicking here and then indicating your order number.

Once we find your order, we will take care of the cancellation and refund.

However, if the request is made after the order has been sent, it is possible to make a return for refund/exchange.

I can't validate my order, what should I do?

You may encounter a problem while placing your order. You can inform us via our contact form by clicking here .

I want to add products to my cart

To add a product to your cart, simply click the "add to cart" button when you are on the product page that interests you.

Once the item is added, it will automatically be in your cart.

If you are adding a product while on the "my cart summary" page, simply click "continue shopping". Your cart will remain saved to your Pollux account.

What do you do with my bank details?

Pollux does not store your bank details.

It is possible that the payment form will be pre-filled with your personal data; this is data that you yourself have saved in your browser.

To check, simply go to your settings.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

All orders placed before 8:00 AM are prepared and shipped from our workshop the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). The packages are then entrusted to our carriers who are responsible for delivering your creations to you. Standard delivery times are 2 to 4 business days for orders within Switzerland.

My order is late

Your order's delivery deadline has passed and you still haven't received your products? It's possible there was an unforeseen issue in production that caused a delay; in that case, we should have notified you by email (please check your spam folder).
If you haven't received an email, it could be due to a delay from our delivery provider. Please feel free to submit a request by clicking here.

Returns and exchanges

I want to return an item for a refund or exchange.

You have the option to return any item ordered within 20 days of receiving it. The item must be unworn and in its original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any item not returned, returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest it has been used or worn will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
